well you guys I wish I was going with you, I have been "following" the 3 Farmers & a Greek which has been awesome & looking forward to your reports. Rudi, I hope you have registered the title deed of the Freestate farm you bought, don't buy any more on the trip through Africa unless it has oil in the ground! Mike
One of the gladdest moments of human life, methinks, is the departure upon a distant journey into unknown lands. Shaking off with one mighty effort the fetters of habit, the leaden weight of routine, the cloak of many cares and the slavery of home, man feels once more happy.
Thanks to Adri & Rudi for one of many farewell parties on Friday night, "The Three Rotarians & a Farmer" had a ball and we wish the entire team of Cairo Crusaders a wonderful adventure, Ginger (farmer), Paul, Alan & Mike.
Eish! Klippies sal reg maak.
ReplyDeleteYou got to go much faster ;-)

Pity the growl of the KTM drowns out the beautiful purr of the BMW F800GS, but then I may just be biased.
